A Place to Honor Fallen Connecticut Law Enforcement Officers
The Connecticut Law Enforcement Memorial was established in 1985 by members of the Connecticut Police Chiefs Association to create a permanent memorial to honor law enforcement officers who lost their lives while serving and protecting the citizens of Connecticut. The Memorial, located at the Connecticut Police Academy in Meriden, was completed in 1989 and serves as a tribute to those fallen officers and a constant reminder of the ultimate sacrifice they made to help others.
