The mission of the Connecticut Police Chiefs’ Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation is to honor all of the brave men and women of the Connecticut law enforcement community that have lost their lives while serving their in respective law enforcement agencies. We will never forget them and will always make ourselves available to their survivors in remembering them.

Officer Wasson was shot and killed in the line of duty after stopping an unregistered vehicle. He was found lying alongside the highway with a single gunshot wound in the chest by a motorist.
